In 1992 it was organized a trial complex of the REC "HIDROTEHNICA" on the basis of the REC trial department.

This trial complex, being a part of the REC, participates in designing and manufacturing products. It has a quality assurance system fit with a nature of its activity and a scope of works. The quality assurance policy of the trial complex, a distribution of products liability and other quality system data are included in the worked out “Instructions on quality”.

In 1996 the trial complex of the REC "HIDROTEHNICA" has been accredited by the Attestation and Accreditation Center of the Republic of Moldova for technical competence - Certificate of Accreditation No. RM MD CN0 42 0037.

From 1992 the trial complex was accredited in the GOST R Certification system by the certification agency NP “CC NASTHOL” - Certificate of Accreditation No. CCNA. MD. 0001. 22. N064.

The trial complex is entitled to perform all kinds of tests including certification tests, testing of electric pumps and electric pump assemblies.
