List of documents presented for testing and certificate issuance

• application;
• technical description of supplying equipment (with an indication of international and national standards, according to which it has been designed and produced), general view drawings, data on control systems, assemblage, maintenance and repair instructions, factory certificate for a product, submitted to the Russian Customers;
• standard under which a product is manufactured; catalogue of products published by a company;
• certificate of the electric equipment explosion-proofness (if available) in case of use under explosive-fire hazard production conditions;
• test procedures and programmes;
• reference list of previous product deliveries;
• copy of certificate on products (if available);
• copy of certificate on quality providing system in accordance with standards ISO series 9000 (if available);
• copy of Russian Hygienic Certificate (or Hygienic Statement) on certifying products;
• information about a company (full and short name, legal and post address, telephone, fax, telex).

Testing modes for each group of goods, number of samples

(in kg, l, pcs, etc.)

From four to one sample depending on series, dimensions, cost and other factors.

Types of Certificate for each group of goods :

• Certificate of Conformity according to the GOST R system;
• Certificate of Conformity of the Republic of Moldova;
• Statement on the right of application import products being in charge of Gosgortechnadzor RF.

Terms of testing and certificate issuance

A term of certification stock products is from one to three months. Tests are conducted in the same period and their duration depends on the time required for testing.

Cost of works for testing and certificate issuance

Cost of works depends on the kind of products, work content and is calculated according to the service cost rates of Gosstandard RF.
