Over many years the REC "Hidrotehnica" branch of the JSC "Moldovahidromas" is a leading manufacturer of electric pumps in the CIS countries 1962 - 1972 SDB HEPM - Special Design Bureau of Hermetic Electric Pumps and Motors. SDB IBEP - Special Design Bureau of Immersible Borehole Electric Pumps. 1972 - 1988 SPDEB - Special Pump Design and Engineering Bureau (created after the merger of the SDB HEPM and the SDB IBEP. 1988 - REC "Hidrotehnica" (created after the merger of the SPDEB and the Testing Plant of the SPA "Moldovahidromas"). 1991 - JSC REC "Hidrotehnica". Since 1993 - REC "Hidrotehnica" branch of the JSC "Moldovahidromas". Electric pumps manufactured by our company are used in: chemical industry; petrochemical industry; petroleum industry; natural gas industry; mining industry; chemical - pharmaceutical industry; food processing and wine production industry; refrigeration technology; at the naval ships; in reclamation, drinking and hot water-supply systems; as well as in another fields of nacional economy. An Authorization issued by the Russian Gosgortechnadzor for the application of leak-proof centrifugal explosion-proof electric pumps, type BEN, reg. No. PPC 04-1421. The system of quality management is certified on the requirements of the ISO 9001:2001 standard. Electric pumps have been certified in GOST R system by the Russian Certification Agency NP "CC NASTHOL".
